Where It Began
Stuart and Dru came first. Not because of titles, but because everything started with them — a shared belief that every German Shepherd deserves to be understood before they are judged.
LUOSKO grew from lived experience, patient observation and a simple question that still guides every decision: what does this individual dog need to feel safe, learn and move forward?
The People Around the Dogs
Coordinators, trustees and core team members each bring something different to LUOSKO. Their titles matter less than the steady care, judgement and dedication they bring to every dog and every family.
